Overall with these results it shows  hurdles gets our  heart rate up more than sprinting.

What I learnt: I learnt that bold colour is better than light coloring. What I could do better: I could of made sure that all my coloring was the same way. What I did well: I put thought into what I drew.

In the knowledge test I got 64% I am relatively happy with my result and I'm sure I could still achieve more.
